“Tom was really proud of his 6 x 6 – 12 point, 319 4/8 inch SCI trophy elk. 
He used a Remington 700 30-06 and a 180 grain bullet. Tom, along with his wife Jeannie, were hunting at Area 23 with McKen Hunting. Jeannie took a fallow deer on the same trip. They left both of their trophies to be mounted locally. They plan to pick up their mounts next season when they come back along with some friends to hunt again with McKen Hunting!”
